Rosamund Mary Elizabeth Pike was born in London, England, on January 27, 1979, is a English actress.

Young Rosamund Pike first started acting on stage during her college years in a production of "Romeo and Juliet" and "Skylight", at National Youth Theatre.

She made her screen debut in television drama movie A Rather English Marriage (1998) in role as Celia.

Her breakthrough performance came as Bond girl Miranda Frost in film Die Another Day (2002), opposite Pierce Brosnan, for which she won the Empire Award for Best Newcomer.
