Young Mariska Hargitay first started acting during her years at the UCLA School of Theater Film and Television.
She made her big screen debut in horror comedy film Ghoulies (1985) in role as Donna.
She got her television debut in CBS crime drama series Downtown (1986) in role as Jesse Smith.
