Young June Diane Raphael began her professional acting career in two-woman sketch comedy show "Rode Hard and Put Away Wet", which co-created with her friend Casey Wilson, at the Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre in New York City.

She made her big screen debut in comedy drama movie The Wedding Weekend (2006) in role as Ted's Tammy.

She got her television debut in NBC comedy drama series Ed (2002) in episode "Memory Lane", in role as Student.

Her breakthrough performance came as Brianna Hanson in Netflix comedy series Grace and Frankie (2015- ).
