Brie Larson was born in Sacramento, California, United States, on October 1, 1989, is an American actress and musician.

Young Brie Larson started studying drama at the American Conservatory Theater, at the age of 6.

She made her screen debut at the age of 8, performing in sketches on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno (1992).

She made her big screen debut in comedy romance movie Special Delivery (1999) in role as Little Angel.

Her breakthrough performance came as Grace Howard in drama film Short Term 12 (2013), for which she was nominated for a Independent Spirit Award and a Critics' Choice Movie Award for Best Actress.

She released her debut album "Finally Out of P.E." in 2005.

She made her feature movie directorial debut with fantasy comedy Unicorn Store (2017) she also starred in role as Kit.
