Earl Simmons, better known as DMX was born in Mount Vernon, New York, United States, on December 18, 1970, was an American rapper and actor. Young DMX first started rapping at the age of fourteen (1984). He made his big screen debut in crime drama film Belly (1998) in role as Tommy "Buns" Bundy. He got his television debut in HBO late-night talk show The Chris Rock Show (1998) as Himself. DMX's breakthrough came with his album "…And Then There Was X" (1999). He released his debut studio album "It’s Dark and Hell Is Hot" in 1998.
