Young Anthony Edwards first started performing in a summer workshop in London, at the age of 16. He made his big screen debut in adventure film Big Zapper (1973) in role as Kono's Boy. He got his television debut in NBC drama series Walking Tall (1981) in episode "The Fire Within" in role as Robbie. Anthony breakthrough performance came as Lt. (j.g.) Nick "Goose" Bradshaw in action drama film Top Gun (1986). He made his directorial debut with adventure comedy film Charlie's Ghost Story (1995) also he starred as Dave. He landed his Broadway debut in a play "Children of a Lesser God " (2018) in role as Mr. Franklin, at Studio 54.
